Please know that these only fit 1 way on the headsets. If its catching on the headset and won't go on it is upside down please turn it over and it will fit. If its going all the way on but not working please take it off and then put it back on again pressing harder to push it all the way on. These fit very tight. Every microphone was just tested with our headset before shipping. Nobody should ever receive a defective mic but if you think its not working we can always send out another one for you.
